Violation may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

3. Payments & Refunds

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.

Creator Kickstart is a digital product and all sales are final.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is available on our website.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you receive instant access to digital materials and waive your right to a refund except in limited circumstances outlined in the Refund Policy.

4. Community Access (If Included)

If your purchase includes access to a private community or live sessions:

You agree to:

  • Be respectful to other members

  • Avoid spam, harassment, or promotion without permission

  • Follow all posted community guidelines

We reserve the right to remove any member for misconduct or abuse without refund.

We do not guarantee:

  • Brand deals

  • Business success

You acknowledge that you are purchasing education — not guaranteed outcomes.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first is considered a violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to revoke access to all materials and communities if a chargeback is initiated.

7. Limitation of Liability

Creator Kickstart and Rampedi Media shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss, including but not limited to financial loss, business loss, or missed opportunities.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Creator Kickstart after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
